  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unused and in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
